It's a B2B SaaS product targeting business who would like to enhance their web automation with headless browsers, and offers individual experience with its freemium tier to evaluate the product.
As Microsoft Partner we took complete advantage of Microsoft Technologies to deliver Browseasy. It's developed for and hosted on Azure. To provide better customer experience and manage the entire business processes, we built the organization on top Microsot Dataverse, with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Starting from customer onboarding to customer support, environment provisioning to deployment, all the procesess are fully automated. These automated processes can be monitored just using Microsoft Teams. Every team member informed at every stage of the automated processes within Teams, so that noone can miss any business critical information at all.
For obvious reasons, we cannot provide detailed information about the architecture of the product, but the following image shows almost all technologies and frameworks involved.
